Online Therapy

Appointments are conducted online through video calls, from the privacy and comfort of your own space as I understand that life is busy and doesn’t always allow for driving to and from our appointments. Through online counselling, I can provide support at your convenience, ensuring flexibility and comfort.

My Approach

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, as each individual and their life experience is unique.

My mission is to empower you while making you feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. As your counsellor, I will hold space for you, listen to you, support you, and stand with you. I will also guide you and challenge you at times. I will try to help you understand yourself better, challenge you to take responsibility for your life, and support you to create a life you want where you can be the person you want to be. I will do this by inviting you to be curious about yourself, encouraging you to ask yourself the right questions, and walking next to you as you build a felt sense of home.

My approach to therapy is trauma informed, and I work somatically in an integrative and holistic way using many approaches including person centred therapy, mindfulness, body awareness, and art therapy.

How do I pay for my appointment?

Full payment should be made prior to or at the time of your scheduled appointment via bank transfer.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

You can change or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice (outside of an emergency), then the full rate will be billed to you.
