Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral for counselling services.
How do I book my appointment?
You can send through your preferred date and time via the Request an Appointment page. When I receive this, I will contact you about setting up an appointment.
How do I attend my appointment?
Appointments are conducted online via video call. Once your appointment has been booked, I will send you a link to join our video call.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
You can change or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (outside of an emergency), then the full rate will be billed to you.
How do I pay for my appointment?
Full payment should be made prior to or at the time of your scheduled appointment via bank transfer. Any outstanding payment for sessions is required prior to scheduling subsequent appointments.
Can I claim my appointments with Medicare?
Unfortunately, at this time Medicare does not cover the cost of counselling services.
Is there a waitlist?
No, I am available to start sessions with you immediately.
